  • CCJ to be paid to the deceased

Basically, I have a CCJ since Jan 2020, creditor hasn’t chased and I didn’t go to court so it was defaulted.

I dug my head in the sand at the time and ignored it, now I have a CCJ on my credit file. Issue is I want to make an offer to pay in instalments and will use the form N245 to do so. I have tried to contact the original claimant, they advised that the claimant has passed away and will NOT speak to me about the debt or me repaying it.

I’m stuck, who do I make the N245 application too? Do I put down the claimant on the N245 or their estate?

I want to pay, I want to offer to pay. BUT THE CREDITOR WONT SPEAK TO ME.
