Hi last week i had a card put through the door to say that marston were coming this weekend just gone for £1126 for a speeding ticket and charge for not declaring who was driving the car in my name .... the problem i have is that when this card got posted through my door was the first i have heard about any of this including the 6 points now on my lisence 
im wondering how do i go about obtaining all the information on this from the photo of the car because i have a provisional licence and dont drive and certainly wasn't when i had it in my name and obtain the paperwork from the court the problem i have is that this from what i can work out from the limited information i had from the bailiff is it went to court in november 2020 any help greatly appreciated
