Hi Team,
I received a default CCJ from Drydens on behalf of Erudio in July 2019.
Very long story short - SLC did not pass on my address correctly to Erudio and I was terminated in by them 2016.
Set aside granted in March 2021 - currently dealing with SLC Complaints, Erudio Complaints, ICO Complaints. I have SARS from both and I believe my case is strong.
1 set aside and two hearings later Drydens have rocked up ill-prepared and have also said I had not sent them the paperwork which I had -
Judges, although seeming to be fair minded have not read the paperwork before each hearing ( a tactic for cash I now am realising) and it has been adjourned again after a teams hearing for a face to face hearing in April. 3rd time
Debt owed is said to be £2300 and Drydens have whacked £1000 on top already and my set aside costs were £245.
SLC and Erudio have delayed their final responses by 1 year already and the FOS are also busy and slow so I can't imagine it will be dealt with in time for the trial. I was hoping to have had their outcomes after the set aside was granted.
I was confident I could win it, but now I have seen the legal system in action I simply can't afford to continue with the process. I also do not believe my 500 odd page documents will ever be read through.
If I can borrow the money to clear the debt with Drydens before the final hearing, do you know if my FOS will still investigate my complaint thoroughly?
There are many documents associated with this case and my experience so far has been a haphazard one, I cannot afford to take the risk to let this run?
