Data Protection Concerns

Can anyone help me with my query regarding finding a good data protection solicitor in the north west. The DWP, their agents the 'IAS' and the 'ICE' all committed GDPR data protection breaches, of which I informed them of, however they did nothing to rectify their mistakes. The PHSO also committed GDPR data protection breaches and I informed them of these, but again this srious matter was ignored, and they would not investigate my complaints against the DWP etc when in fact they should have done so.
