please could I have some advice. I recently got a claim form and judgement was made. All this happens while I was abroad for a month. Judgement was made and I’ve got to pay nearly £750 by 18/3/22. I was considering applying for setting aside.
If I apply for set aside and the decision came after the 18/3 /22 (the date I’ve got to settle the money) and the judgement against to my wishes, do I still get another 1 month to pay from the date of the judgement following the set aside? Or is it going to be in my records for 6 years as I have not paid before the original date they have given me?
Also another question- I always wanted to challenge this parking company. But when I think back
- the signposting were accurate
- they have a paid dropping off point
-I’ve got 3 ParkingCNs
is there chance for me to win the case?
