Hi Strokethrvr have found your original post and cut and pasted it here in this thread. Will also delete your other thread so you just have the one running .

Also going to tag someone who may be able to help tag EXC

Is Phillipson and Hardwick related to Allay in any way apart from the fact they gave their caseload to Phillipson Hardwick in March 2021.I received an invoice out if the blue for a 'win' I had never been notified about or received from either company.I chased it up myself after no contact from PH in August 2021 and of course I have had CRS and AJJB contact me since then I got in touch with CAB and the national debt line and have written to AJJB to supply all communications under thecDPA act 2018.I paid what I Wed them ftom one claim as I did receive the money but nothing from the 2nd one.My brain is about to explode from rhe distress of it all. And I had a stroke in 2018 which is why I agreed to Allay to do what they do.but now am reading what is in the forum do a bit more enlightened.CAB suggested I could defend myself in terms of breach of contract as they did not complete the work they said they would and neither did Phillipson Hardwick.

I have all the emails, texts and I think dates of phine calls I made which mostly went unanswered.I will be grateful for any advice. The last I had from AJJB was the threat to ho to court email this morning and I have blocked them so I dint see the texts when they arrive as they just send ne into a panic attack.

      Hi Strokethrvr

Firstly, I don't think there is any need for you to worry. We've had lots of people who have had threats of court action by AJJB and Allay but since we helped someone win their case in court 18 months ago they haven't issued court proceedings to anyone we know about as they know that they would likely lose.

To answer your question, Phillipson Hardwick appear to be solicitors who took over Allay's ongoing claims in April 2021 Customers of Allay | Phillipson Hardwick

The best way to deal with your issue is to make a formal complaint to Allay or Phillipson Hardwick (that we can help you with) which if they don't accept means you can then go to the Ombudsman.

But first I need to establish what your issue is so here's a couple of questions:

      1. You say that you had a successful claim with Allay for which you paid their commission invoice but Allay/AJJB are saying that you had another successful claim for which you didn't receive a PPI refund for. Is that right?

      2. Are Allay/AJJB saying you owe them money for the second claim or are they asking for a letter from your bank or lender about a claim?

Also it would be helpful if you could forward me the emails & letters (and any invoices) so I can piece together what has happened. You can email them to me at nick@legalbeaglesgroup.com

Like I said, as annoying as it is being chased by theses people, you have nothing to worry about and we'll try and help you to stop it.
