  • Follow Barrister's advice, or not?

Hi, I'm looking for some help/advice with my current predicament. I have two medical legal reports for injuries I received following a vehicle accident. These reports contain false claims I removed a cast from my injured arm & missed subsequent hospital appointments. I have since had my medical records amended & a apology for these claims.
The issue is, these two reports still need to be amended & the claims removed which were copied from my hospital records. But my legal team wish to submit these reports as they are for evidence on my compensation claim.
I don't agree with the course of action & believe it will undermine the amount of compensation I could argue for.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Mick.

My advice is also tell, and ensure the truth. Legal teams are not infallible. Think of the people who have lost thousands following legal advice.
