  • Court invite back after judge ruling

A friend of mine had filed for N244 after paying off the whole claim. Even though my friend had a strong case to have the case aside(wrong)adress, she said ahe could not do anything, because it was already paid off. She asked the claimed to consent, because he already received his money (though not fairly), he claimant refused. As my friend did know the sytem, 30 days were up when she paid, and she received A CCJ. And on top paid for N244.
after a week of judge's ruling, my friend was invited back to a court hearing with the same judge.
athe claimand cancelled first hearing date, because he claimed he is away. Now hearing is scheduled for may.

Question: would the judge be able to rerule?

Why would she schedule annew hearing after she ruled already?

Probably because she thought that all the details were not clear when she made the ruling. After further information, she may see things differently and make a different ruling.
