Being labelled as a vexacious complainer

If I am labelled a vexacious complainer by my council(unfairly in my opinion) can I still complain to them?

They are being very petty and low.

I feel I have legitamite complaints.

They have said I need to ask permission to make a complaint.

I have been threatened with injunctions and other threats.

It seems very extreem,

Any advice or experiences it is with Social Services.

As you disagree with your council you could make a complaint to the Local Government Ombudsman about the way in which you have been treated.
