  • Parking charge at Llancrannog

My wife (disabled) and I stopped at Llandrannog car park. I got to the machine to find that The only machine not taking cards, went back to the car for cash and didn't have any, made several attempts to pay via phone but hat no signal. We were a total of thirteen minutes and they want £100 reduced to £60. Do I have a case for appeal?
sorry i cant post the bill as my phone camera has broken.

Anyone can appeal, whether you win is another matter but its always worth appealing.

Hi seduraed , Whilst waiting for ostell to pop in you might find this link interesting https://www.walesonline.co.uk/news/w...-fine-16999213.

It's less than 10 miles up the coast from where I live and we never stop there now unless we spot an off road space.
Used to use that car park regularly until it went under "management" by One Parking Solutions

PS if you need pictures of the signs I can get them for you

Does your notice comply with the protection of freedoms act? Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (legislation.gov.uk)

Look at 9(2). the PCN must have all the points in and must be delivered within 14 days.

We normally go to Aberporth where my wife was brought up. Should have stayed there.
