Ccj threat .paying Ł1 month for years . Debt company still taking payment but sent ccj threat demanding full payment. Is this legal

There are quite a few steps before they can obtain a CCJ.

It's probably against Debt Collection protocols.

Can you please provide details of dates, summary of debt etc, to see if they actually have the documentation to see if they can go for a CCJ.

Can you upload letter, remove all personal details / ref numbers etc.
