Advantis tax penalty

Hello would really appreciate advice from anyone in the know, I have received 2 letters from advantis (a debt agency taking on penalty payments from the dvla)about a penalty not taxing my moped, I did not receive the initial penalty letters due to moving house and not updating address which I have now done. Could anyone tell me please if I pay advantis the 80£ will I still have a penalty to pay with dvla? Or will it be resolved once paying advantis?
