  • Who knows if I have a medical negligence claim?

In short: Through lockdown I’ve lost a lot of weight, went to see my G.P. about my epilepsy and she sent me to hospital because of weight loss, they did a body scan and saw something in my lung, a week later out comes half the lung, ‘yes’ I signed the consent form, but no blood tests had been done, the surgery was horrendous, I woke up as they were doing it, this was due to me being on so many anti epilepsy meds, the thing in my lung was an AVM, I’ve had two of these buggers in my brain, they can be managed, they can be treated without surgery, I’m pretty confused right now as so much is happening and all so fast, but I’m sure there was no need to remove half my lung.
Borrow money from a pessimist -- they don't expect it back.

Clinical negligence claims need to be dealt with by professionals.
They are rarely straightforward, are stressful and could be expensive.

Impossible to say if you have a valid claim without having your medical records examined by a specialist
