Tenants Deposits

My tenant left some years ago: unpaid rent etc.

They left no Forwarding address, and I have have no contact details for them.

The total liability is for more than the value of their security deposit. They overstayed the AST by one month.

Since I have no contact details for them I am unable to enter a Claim with the Deposit Protection Service.

Is anyone able to advise me on this please?.
