You can email it to the Court - ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk

Make sure in the subject line you put who the parties involved in the case are i.e. Defence - XXXXXXXX V XXXXXXXX Claim Number: XXXXXXXXXX

Also send the other part a copy of the Defence, keep Proof of Postage.

No requirement to send defence to the claimant. This is done by the court. After defence copy of everything to claimants

What you've done is sufficient, though it's usually suggested not to do it online, rather as an attachment to an email to the court

HI ostell and echat11 hope you both had a good rest over the festive period and new year.

I have received a letter from Vehicle Control Services just before Christmas to advise me that Elms Legal are no longer acting on their behalf.
This letter included a N434 Notice of change of solicitor form which states that they will now be acting in person. A long with a nice paragraph about "failing" to except their "offer of settlement " and that I can make the payment of £185 ASAP as a "without prejudice" basis

Is this normal ? is their a reason that they have parted ways with Elms Legal ? Am I reading to much into it ??

I haven't heard anything back from the Northampton Courts, so shall I just sit tight and wait ?

As always thanks for any advice / insight
