Process Of Property Ownership Transfer being in UK and the Property in Pakistan?
Hi,
My cousins lives in UK and their father owns property in Pakistan. Now their father has died and they have no plans to return back to Pakistan ever, they are willing to transfer the ownership of their late father's property to one of their cousins in Pakistan. They are concerned about their privacy of sharing personal documents with us like ID card, addresses etc... for this process.
So my question is how they can transfer their late father's property ownership to one of us here in Pakistan and at the same time they not feel like their privacy was compromised.
