Used car turns out to be in bad shape, what are my rights?

Also, with regards to mileage, is this claim still worth doing? You mentioned before I wouldn't get my money back so I'm not sure how to go about it..

You can make your claim online (the online MCOL only allows 1080 characters), but if it is detailed more then 1080 characters then you send the Court your Particulars of Claim, but it is a good idea to send the Defendant the same. Make sure you get Proof of Postage.

That is totally up to you, I said you couldn't do a Chargeback because you paid by Bank Transfer.

You'll need / might need to explain the extra miles (100), we can't tell you what will / won't happen.
