  • DID Conveyancing

    Hi
I’m am doing my own conveyancing, freehold property cash purchase, and close to exchanging contracts. Bit rusty, so any advice on the current procedure pre-completion and post-completion, particularly in relation to the Land Registry requirements. Buying the house for our autistic son, house will be placed into family Trust, should the Trust be the owner on the Transfer form (TR1)? Anything else to watch out for?
    Thank you in advance.

I think (note think and suggest you check!) that the property is registered in the names of the trustees together with a Form A restriction
