Hi, I知 let down by a solicitor at last minute and struggling to fill the Form N265.I am Defendant in a rented property matter.
Can any one please share the completed Form N265?
My other concern is do I just need to fill and serve the Form N265 or include a statement or any thing else other than Form N265?
I have countless emails with different people involved in the case.Do I have to count the number of emails and write in front of the detail/person I知 referring to?
Like:
1. Bundle of email communication with Mr A x 30
2. Bundle of email communication with Mr B. x 50
I知 in need of urgent help as I need to send the N265 within few days otherwise I will loose by default.
