Good morning and hello from Godzilla

Hello superdudes and superdudetts,

I am new to this and still finding my way around.

Can anyone tell me if all creditors and debt collection companies are the same,
what I mean is, are they all rude, aggressive, unhelpful, unsympathetic and do they all refuse to announce themselves when contacting you by telephone?

Do all creditors and debt collection companies opperate outside of the Oft guidlines and the law?

Has anyone had five companies pursuing them at the same time, for a debt that they did not owe against a credit agreement that did not legally exist?
