Hello, we want to change my mum's care agency as the fees have recently soared but keep the carer, please can I ask if the following text means we will always have to pay a 6 month fee or whether this would not apply should we re-employ the carer at another agency, after 6 months?...
4. Engagement of carers
Any direct engagement by the Customer of a Carer supplied by our Company shall render the Customer liable to pay a
Permanent Engagement Fee to our Company equivalent to our company's fees for supplying the Carer on the same terms for
a period of 6 months.
