Enrolled deed poll

Hi there I'm trying to change my full name by ENROLLED DEED POLL and I'm finding the paper work so confusing and not sure how to go ahead with it. I have all the documents I need such as the document to the London gazette ect but I'm not sure about what I need to take to solicitors or if I need to take the person I have known for 10 years to the solicitors. The whole process is just confusing. I just want to change my name soon as possible as its been a few weeks of me asking around and not getting much information
