  • Accused of shoplifting in M&S

    Hello
I really need some help and advice please, I was today in marks and Spencer’s grabbed some bits out them under the pram and went to the cafe for lunch ( the kids where moaning they were hungry and couldn’t wait, while in the cafe the kids took their coats off and put them under the pram I then went about the shop and paid for my good and totally forgot about the bootle of booze and candle I had under there I was stopped by security who had followed me around the whole shop and said I had stolen it, I mean I was shopping with two kids in between fights having to run after them and just been damm stressed out I forgot, I apologised and told them I would come and pay as I had paid for all my other items be made me empty out my pockets but never actually checked my shopping (very odd) he told me never to come back to the shop again and I was now banned however he never took any ID, name, picture etc and now I’m worried what is going to happen can any one help please?? I won’t be returning as I was made to feel like a criminal and was so embarrassed in front of so many people but I know someone who works there and I’m paranoid this will be the latest gossip … help
