Parking fine

Hello.

Could someone please help me. I parked in Newhaven and I have received a letter from a private company demanding 100 in a parking fine. Is there anything I can do as this seems a ridiculous amount of money. I was stopped for a short period of time.whilst doing a job for one of the flats there. They had a leak and my partner who is a plumber went to turn their water off.

So edit so that the driver is not identified. The driver drove, the keeper received the PCN/Notice to Keeper

Post up a redacted copy of the PCN but leave dates, front and back.

Photos of the signs would help.
