  • Help please CCA Link/Barclaycard - is this correct?

Hi all, I am new to this site and hoping for someone to point me in the right direction.

both my husband and I entered a joint debt management plan back in 2014. We each had a barclaycard which was sold on to link financial. We paid into the DMP until last year when we started to make token payments. We sold our house in order to clear our debts earlier this year with the equity and went into rented accommodation.

All other creditors accepted full and final offers except for link who refused to negotiate. Both accounts were defaulted and are due to drop off our credit files in the next month. We asked for copies of the CCAs for both accounts.

Attached is what we received today, I have no idea if this is correct? It states that this is a reconstituted agreement, is that acceptable? I asked for a true copy? It appears to be just the current balance printed onto link headed paper followed by generic Barclays card T&Cs….nowhere does it detail our names, credit limit etc…

I would greatly appreciate any advice!

    Many thanks
