  • When liability is admitted.

Following an accident on land owned by a Housing Authority, I was pleased to receive a letter from its' insurers accepting liability.
Emergency Dental work is on going and other costs and inconvenience have occurred.
Given this admission of liability, are there things I can anticipate the Insurers will wish to query.
    Thank you

Just keep itemised records and receipts for all expenditure eg free certificate of posting if you send letters, record of mileage covered in visits to dentist, time of work if unpaid or taken as holiday etc, then you will be able to prove the quantum of your claim.

Then there is your claim for general damages ie pain and suffering and possible psychological or mental injury

    For inconvenience very little!
