Shed size

Hello everyone, wonder if anyone can help me here. It seems that I can build a shed that is raised off the ground, in my case about 500 - 600mm but I wanted to deck this which will also be raised. I have read that you cannot have any balconies or raised platforms on a shed so I'm a bit confused as to what I can do here?
Can anyone advise? Cheers Tony.

As long as it's no more than 2.5 metres from ground level it is permitted, any higher needs planning permission,

It can be up to 4m high if pitched roof but that is not my question. I want to know if I can build decking around a shed that is raised off the floor. So the decking will also be raised off the floor but thank you for replying.

I believe the decking/raised floor should be no more than 30cm off ground level otherwise planning permission is required.
