  • Old CCJ - Company in administration

For the past 18 months I have been trying to sort out my credit file and one of the ones I cannot get anywhere with is a decree registered against my name.

I was not aware of the Decree until I fully checked my credit file, I then contacted the new company (old one in Administration) they had no records. Contacted their 'Collections House' who did have a record, but advised contacting the administrators.

Contacted the administrators, they could not find my account and didn't know what to do. Letter of satisfaction was mentioned as they could do this, but nothing has happened and every email to them goes unanswered. I have contacted Registry Trust, they say contact the administrators, contact court, they say the same.

At the point of being beyond fed up of it all and just trying to sort it out as obviously it's impacting heavily on my credit file.

I am in Scotland and just looking for advice if possible about what I can with this
