Hello all,
this week I hit a raised curb at a petrol station which was in my blind spot as I pulled away. Now I can’t defend I’m stupidity but when I revisited the station I noticed it really sticks out with nothing to highlight the change of direction of the curb. I hit it fairly hard but what keeps raising a question in my mind is the fact that I really didn’t see it and that it needs to be highlighted to drivers. Do I have any grounds to go back to the garage?
