Hi. I have a query regarding Party Wall in the UK
To what extent (if any) architects are liable to the client and/or contractor for any loss or damage caused by the failure to serve the Party Wall Section 6 notice?
Scenario: Contractor started on site and received an injunction preventing the excavation under the requirements of Section 6. Works are not delayed.
