    Vivid rules clarification

    My understanding is that indoor meetings are limited to up to 6 people or 2 households. However, not sure of interpretation. Does it mean that if 6 or under no limit on how many households ? Or is it to mean, provided no more than two households there can be any number ?
    Grateful if anyone can enlighten me. My head is spinning !
