Hello,
I have had no contact with capquest since 2015 when they could not provide me with a CCA. I have just moved house and re registered on the electoral roll, could this have flagged them? I have worked so hard at improving my credit score, I’m finally 999 with Experian! Now this again....... it makes me feel physically ill. I guess it’s what you get when you believe an ex.....I have now also received a letter with the same information. What do I do? My anxiety level is bad enough as it is. Any and ice would be greatly appreciated

if not acknowledged in 5 years England/Wales statute barred or 5 years Scotland. I see it was an e-mail notice (You looked at it on as they say your account)>??

NoteL- if they have contacted etc etc phishing maybe?? do not do anything if not on CRA file then they may be chancing their luck, (Got rid of Capquest a few times in past) ignored then they went away! if they persist and you know it is statute barred then send:- Statute Barred Letter but only if they get aggressive file the letters for now i suggest, but you know the real situation as not much info above?
