  • 52m failing to comply with a prohibition

    Hi,
I'm hoping to get some advice lol.
My girlfriend has started a new job, and she's been using Google maps (no excuse) to get to work.
There is a car park which she uses, and has paid the ticket, no issues. The issues lie with the road leading to the car park.

I have 2 penalties for the same road and to be honest never even noticed the sign... Anyway. She has 2 weeks worth of them.

Now, my 2 say 'I was seen in prohibited zone on 5/05/21'date of the notice is' 23/05/21' and we've received today 03/06/21.

After reading a few previous threads on here I signed up due to the good advice.
There's nothing saying about pofa on the letters so assume contract law?
I will post scans of the letter obscuring my personal details.

    Thanks!

These have nothing to do with private parking companies (so no POFA appeals possible) but are Penalty Charge Notices from the local authority.
