Hello.
My sons had poultry on a small part of waste woodland at t back of our house for about 6 years with no problems at all.
We asked t farmer at t time and he agreed to him hsven it as it was no use to them.
New farmer bought the farm and again told us our some was welcome to t waste ground as no use to them.
It's now been brought to our attention that its been sold to a lady 170 odd miles away. She only comes her to visit a neighbour. It's been bought out of spit against my son.
but thats another story.
She came into our sons chicken run and let them all lose into our garden then stuck a peice of paper to our door
saying we must get our belonging of her property immediately by arranged email.
Can this lady put our son out of there.
She destroyed my sons heart and his hens n ducks that were sitting on eggs. After that they won't return to their eggs.
Can someone help please.
My son is 15. Soon to be 16 but git his first hen on his 10th birthday.
