Good evening I am looking for some advice please. I have received a PCN from euro car park issued on the 28/11/2019 and 29/11/2019 for a parking offence at Cape Hill Retail shopping centre. There was no time limit clearly displayed on the signage when I park there. I appealed but as usual it was rejected. I tried appealing on the IAS website but they didn't have my PCN and my car registration number on the IAS website. So I wrote to them on 30/01/2020 and complained, they didn't replied to the letter then we went on lockdown. I had the PCN with a colleague at work but hers was dropped because she said she wrote to them and asked for their Unique POPLA number. I received I letter from their solicitor threatening to take court action against me and wrote to them and said they can take me to court. I was grieving and was depressed so i really didn't know what i was doing. i have submitted the acknowledgement of service. Please help me with the next process. I have attached the signage at the car park on the date i parked.
