  • Companies House 2018 CCJ for late filing - how to pay/expunge?

Hi, sorry, I cannot see how to search - I am sure this will have come up many times. By checking for any CCJs on Registry Trust Ltd I find a Case No. and amount for a CCJ from October 2018 which I learn has been issued by CH as a LFP. I phoned the number provided for settlement/discussion and received a recorded message from Optima Legal saying they no longer represent CH and to contact the client directly. Any ideas how to do this?

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

Thank you, Ulla. I needed information from the actual CCJ to pay or lodge an appeal and Registry Trust provided the phone number of Optima Legal to help with this - who apparently represent CH no longer. I have emailed CH asking for details but there is a warning about the length of time this could take. I lost heart while waiting on the phone today but shall try again tomorrow.

Like a lot of services at the moment CH is very busy and response times on emails are taking some time. If you have the patience the phone may be the best option to try and get to speak to someone quickly. Best of luck
