CCJ & Baliffs

Hi I'm looking for some advice, I have a CCJ kindly given to me from Lowell, I have no clue what to do about it! I've now been threatened with bailiff's and I'm terrified, I contacted citizens advice and they weren't any use.

No idea what the CCJ is for or who its from, I do know from reading on this forum how dodgy Lowell are which scares me even more, my mental health isn't great and this has just tipped me over the edge, how do i deal with this and quickly as i don't want the bailiff's at my door.. i feel sick thinking about it

What happened to the Court summons ?. Did you just ignore it ?. I presume it was from Northampton County Court ?. Did you not receive a warning of intended Court action ? as I understand it you should have received a Default notice that you have to sign for.
