    CCJ 11 years old

    Hello everyone,

    I am being chased for a CCJ that is almost 11 years old. I moved house almost 2 years ago and the Debt collection company are now sending court letters to my old address. The new owners have found me on Facebook to let me know that someone has attended the house with a letter asking me to contact them. Please advise on what I should do as the statue of limitations for the CCJ is almost 6 years (July) but the debt is almost 11 years old.

    There is no limitation for CCJs, HOWEVER after 6 years they have to get approval to continue after giving a reason why they haven't persued
