  • PCN Parking fine, Kilve beach

    Hi,
I have recently received a letter from bwlegal on behalf of PCN claiming a parking infringement and asking for a £100 fine plus £60 debt recovery costs.
This is the first letter I have received concerning this alleged incident. I have received no letters from PCN themselves and have been shown no evidence of a parking infringement. Bwlegal sent this letter on the 24th Feb ( I received it on the 26th) and have been given till the 10 March to repay the cost.

In the letter bwlegal sent me it states 'you have failed to either make payment, or raise a valid appeal that resulted in your appeal being upheld'. I have not been given the opportunity to do either.

How would you suggest I go about contesting this ? Do I go back to bwlegal or try and contact PCN directly ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Tell BWL that your are the keeper of the vehicle and this is the first you have heard of this matter. As they outside of the relevant period you, the keeper, can have no liability and they must return the matter to their client.

    SAR to the parking company.
