Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone can help me because I’m a little lost. I’ve just received correspondence from TM Legal Services about a debt I had back in 2015. I fully accept the debt and I’m willing to pay it off. During the call they mentioned they applied for a CCJ & was then granted on the 7th Jan 2019. This isn’t visible on my credit report and I’ve searched for the CCJ through Trustonline and there is nothing of the sort anywhere. Is this possible? I’m a little confused as I can’t find this CCJ anywhere and I would have thought if there was a CCJ against me, this would be visible on my credit file? Help!
