Hi everyone, I'm looking for some help with a PCN that was issued last week for a parking offence in Sept 2020.
I've got a hired van and the hire co sent me an email in Sept 2020 to say theyd had a parking ticket issued and have passed my details to the council as the hirer. I didnt hear anything until I got a PCN last week when addressed to me.
I did a quick google and it looks like the council have a limited time of 28 days to issue the ticket to the correct person. They were given my details 4 months ago so can I ask them to cancel the ticket?
