    Hello! I am after some help on how to fill in a N244 from for a warrant of control from lowell. I have no idea what the debt is for and this is the first thing ive received from the court. Many Thanks

    If they have a Warrant of Control then they must have a CCJ against you? Form N244 is normally used for applying for a Set Aside, if you are hoping to suspend the Warrant then you need Form N245.

    Before going ahead you need to know more information - when the CCJ was awarded, how much for, who the original Creditor would have been, whether you could have defended it or even if it may have been Statute Barred.

      I am going to have a CCJ against me. I also have a CCJ against a neighbour. Does any one know what happens in that situation?
      And the Creditor against me is a Executor of a Will and I am a beneficiary. Is that not a conflict of interest........and will not sell the Estate but put a CCJ against me .....has anybody any ideas on this situation. What options I have
