Hey everyone and thanks for reading if you've got to this. I have a situation where PRA have sent me an unenforceable debt letter (settled the other enforceable debts with them already) but they've then followed with a:
'Restricted - Internal' (?) document with a set of Barclaycard Credit Card Agreement Conditions with my name, an address I have lived at previously several times, but (crucially) no date; and a second doc also entitled BASE but with an address that I only moved into 3 years ago (debt is from at least before 2012).
They are now chasing me again. Question is would an undated set of terms be considered enforceable? Especially given it doesn't have a date where I've lived at the same address several times.
Looked through hundreds of forum posts but cannot find any steers so any advice greatly appreciated!
