Would anyone please just give me confidence what I am saying is right.
Under the rules of the consumer credit act is not a principle of business that the total charges of credit is put on the agreement
I.e. if a customer borrows £10000.00 and they are charged £2000 by the lender for the privilege must the £2000 be stated on the agreement as charges for credit?
Thanks so much for any ones help.
