    Hi
I have a query about a ccj issued against me for a debt I don’t owe, asI did not enter a contract with them. O2. Lowell solicitors are pursuing this debt on their behalf. I have contacted Lowell about the situation. They have given two weeks on hold while they investigate, but they’re still going ahead with the debt. I want the ccj set aside, what are my options and the best way to resolve this situation.

They have to prove you owe the debt. You are not required to prove you don't.

See what comes from the investigation. Until then the situation will not be clear.

The 2 weeks is nearly over. The outcome might resolve your concerns.

It is basically an electronic version of a hardcopy bundle. It still needs to be indexed and paginated.

I think you need to be a bit more specific about your questions relating to creating an ebundle for us to help you.

Is it the fact that it is being required in electronic format that is causing you concern or is that, even if it was a hardcopy, you are not sure how to go about creating it?

Hi Bettie, I have merged your two threads as they appear to be related.

Is your concern about making the bundle into an e-version or, even if it was a hardcopy bundle, are you unsure of how to put this together?

Thank you I have seen this before. So use this as a guide to create the bundle. There are no visual examples?
