  • VT on PCP car finance

Hello, I have a Mercedes Benz a class on pcp finance with black horse and I have had it since 22/03/2018. I’m looking to vt my car in March when I would of had the car 3 years and would of paid half of my agreement off. I have a few issues, 1. My car has quite a few scratches on (deep ones) that have been done intentionally and by no fault of my own, but I am currently in the process of getting these repaired. 2. Part of my gfv agreement is that I get the car serviced every year by Mercedes Benz, but when my car was due it’s services we were in the first national lockdown and nothing was open and money was tight due to no work. When garages, mechanics etc opened up again I didn’t have the money to get it serviced at Mercedes so I opted to go to one of my dads friends garages and had it serviced there, he did everything it needed oil filter air filter etc and it was fine but I am now slightly regretting it as I feel this may affect my vt rights. If I do get a fine from them for not getting it serviced by mb does anyone know how ku h that will be? I’m new to this site and I’m not sure how it works, but I believe there is email templates for vt? Any help would be much appreciated as I’m stuck for what to do and don’t know where I stand with the service etc. Thanks a lot guys
