  • PCN final demand

I have received a final demand but not received the original PCN - have disputed it but they will not drop the charge.

So a little bit more explanation please.

Have you asked them for the original?

    Do not identify the driver.

I received a final notice in January claiming it was a follow up from a notice to keeper sent on 15th Dec however I never received the original NTK. I wrote to them stating as much and saying that on that basis they could not uphold any alleged charge. They wrote back and said that they 'issued' it therefore as far as they were concerned it stands. They maintain i owe them the charge and have threatened debt agency/court.
I have made a complaint to them (One Parking Solutions) and reiterated the lack of original NTK but they will not drop it.
I don't know what to do now as I cannot 'prove' i did not receive it and they don't have proof that they sent it but state that their records are enough to assume delivery.
They said i could appeal (but read somewhere that if you appeal you are accepting the charge) however the appeal date has now passed.
I don't know what to do now as its causing stress

So you send them a SAR to see what they have.
They have to show they sent it and can't just assume.
