Notice of pending legal action

Hi, I have received a letter from Lowell solicitors saying they have been instructed to recover the debt. The debt is from an unpaid credit card for the amount of 1513.47 from 2015. There is a reply form with a financial assessment statement attached to this. Could you please advise me which way is best to proceed.
