VWFS Complaints un-answered, credit file taken nose dive when they said it wouldnt

So back in June 20 I took a three month deferal and they agreed, I started paying again in Sept20, we agreed between us for me to keep the car a further three months to pay off the deferal, as which I have in writing, they stipulated the deferal will be paid back Dec, Jan & Feb21, again in writing, they now have come back and said I still owe the three months and took my credit file for a ride downwards. The three months is still in dspute and under investigation, again they said my account will be on-hold as far as chasing and credit file now touched,,,, WRONG, yet again my credit file has taken another nose dive, I want to gett his sorted but after hours and hours on the phone, I cant,,, I need to take legal advice now,, any suggestions as it is ruining me..
