  • Gladstone solicitors letter`

Happy New Year hope your keeping in good health, apologies in advance if i'm duplicating my question however i have now received 2 letters from Gladstone solicitors for 2 outstanding parking fines at the same location but different dates both in 2018, each ticket is £160. I do recall receiving the parking fines by post and some letters of recovery initially from close unit protection services which i chose to ignore now somewhat almost 2 years later i received debt recovery letter from Gladstone asking me to pay the full amount in 14 days otherwise there client may consider taking legal action via the courts which will incur more costs

any advice on how to proceed with this would be very much appreciated, i cannot recall why, how long and if i displayed a pay and display ticket its been that long..

letter link below, it does not seem as direct as most of the other i have read in that fact that it does not state they have sufficient evidence to to take it to court etc..

    Many Thanks

You edit so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred.

You post on a hosting site such as imgur and put the link on here

So a SAR request to Close Unit Protection requesting all the documents that they have about your and your car.

            CPR 31.14 request to Gladstones

Templates for both in the Shortcuts panel on this page.

They are threatening a claim. Just put them on notice that this victim bites back
